Girls Can Camp
Girls Can Camp is a camp for girls with disabilities and their friends. We use the beautiful Rotary Youth Camp in Lee’s Summit, MO. Our camp site is fully accessible so that every girl can camp. The staff is made up of dedicated and knowledgeable women who believe that every child should be able to experience the wonder of nature and the magic of camp.
COVID-19 Update as of April 15, 2020
We’ve decided to cancel Girls Can Camp at Rotary this summer in response to COVID-19. We know this may cause a disruption in families’ summer plans and apologize for the inconvenience. We are saddened to make this decision but the well-being of our girls, families and volunteers remain our priority. We strongly believe in the positive impact summer camp experiences have on girls’ lives. Even though we won’t be physically at camp we still want to create a virtual camp experience. Please sign up if interested in participating in our virtual GCC camp. Watch the website for developing information on virtual GCC. Stay safe!
