When will this year's camp be?

Campers dates will be from July 21-26, 2019. Volunteers will be at camp from July 20-27, 2019.


How much is registration?

Registration fees before May 31st will be 100 dollars. After May 31st the fees will be 150 dollars.


What needs to be packed?

Camp is not responsible for lost items so be sure to label everything with the camper's name, especially things they might lose (flashlights, jackets, shoes, water bottles). If you're not sure what to pack, please refer to this suggested packing sheet.

How do I get to the Rotary Youth Camp?

From I-70: Take Interstate 470 South to Colbern Road. Exit Colbern Rd. Turn left (East) and follow Colbern road past Lake Jacomo. The Rotary Youth Camp will be on your left after the lake.


From I-435: Follow 435 as it changes to 470. Exit Colbern Rd. Turn right (East) and follow Colbern road past Lake Jacomo. The Rotary Youth Camp will be on your left after the lake.


Can I send mail?

Yes! Please send mail. Campers love getting mail. Remember that it takes a few days to arrive so send it early in the session or even a few days before camp starts so they will have it during camp. All mail will be returned to sender if it arrives after camp has ended. Please send it to the following address.

Parents can also leave mail at check-in to be delivered during the camper's stay.


Can the campers bring snack foods for Slumber Party Night?

Yes, food will be stored in the Ad Building until Slumber Party Night. Please don't bring food with peanuts because of peanut allergies. Please bring food in a resealable plastic container.


What time is drop-off?

Campers can be dropped off at the Rotary Youth Camp between 9 and 12 on the opening day of camp.


What time is pick-up?

Camper pick-up starts at 6 on the last day of camp. The campfire will start as soon as everyone has checked out at the Nurse's Station and Trading Post (approximately 7:30). If you cannot stay for the campfire please let the Trading Post know so that your camper can receive their year beads at that time.
